We are so pleased with our Outrigger Harbour home; it is such a joy living here. Our unit is spacious, airy and marvelously designed, (no convenience overlooked). The pool and spa are delightfully relaxing; a great place to unwind in the evening or socialize with neighbors. From our balcony Steve and I have watched many amazing sights: osprey plunging into the water for a morning meal, dolphin putting on a show frolicking in the river, and in the winter manatee move about in the marina almost on a daily basis.

The best part of living here is that we can lock the door and go away for extended periods of time without worrying about the pool, grounds, or security of our home. Hurricanes are no longer a stressor for us either. Our minds are at ease knowing that we have giant generators that maintain power to our entire home, windows made of impact resistant glass and Jeff, the maintenance man, to take care of everything else.

We have to admit we were not planning to downsize for another two years and never thought of ourselves as “condo people;” but we couldn't resist this jewel or its location. This surely is a rare find to have a stunning condo with a gorgeous marina nestled strategically between Indian Riverside Park and the Dolphin Bar Restaurant. We can't think of a better place to live, practically everything is taken care of for us. We can stroll the beautiful park next door, take the boat out for a fishing expedition, walk to a fine restaurant, or just relax on our patio and watch the sunrise.

Outrigger Harbour occupants are a friendly, relaxed, nautical-minded group of people who have a zest for life. The atmosphere here is pleasant and positive. Even our Golden Retriever, Zack, has made several friends and loves his new home, not to mention his walks in the park next door. We could not be happier with our decision to move here!
